Designed and built a user-owned VRM avatar companion that puts users in full control of their AI experience - the character, memories, and relationship data all live on your device.

Unified RoveiQ's separate web map and mobile web app into a responsive standalone wayfinding product, reducing product fragmentation while opening the platform to customers who did not need a physical kiosk.
Moving Humans - Smart Directory Software
Took a 55-inch outdoor smart city kiosk from first wireframe to deployed hardware in five cities, where the hardest problem was letting each city customize the interface without letting anyone break its accessibility.
Mizu - Design System for AI Products
Designed and built an open-source Svelte design system for AI products, pairing quiet interface foundations with purpose-built patterns for chat, voice, reasoning, agents and streaming. Two teams now ship production products on it.
loggrep - A Smarter Log Parser
Built a fast, dead-simple CLI tool for an IT team drowning in log files. No dashboards, no config, no learning curve. Just point it at a log and go.
